What you are buying
A digital download: the Papertill checkout kit (source code, documentation and setup scripts), delivered instantly after payment with a license key. Payment is processed by Stripe; this site never sees or stores your card details.
License
Your license is perpetual and covers unlimited products, stores and client projects of your own, with any modifications you like. You may not resell, relicense or redistribute the kit itself as a checkout kit or template, modified or not.
Digital delivery and your EU/UK right to cancel
This is digital content, not a physical good. It is delivered immediately: your license key and download link appear on the receipt page the moment Stripe confirms payment, and are linked from your Stripe receipt email too.
Under EU and UK consumer law (the Consumer Rights Directive and the equivalent UK regulations), online purchases normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. That right does not apply to digital content once delivery has started, provided you gave express consent to immediate delivery beforehand and acknowledged that doing so loses you the withdrawal right. Checking the consent box before you pay is that acknowledgment, and completing your purchase confirms it.
This affects only the statutory withdrawal right, and nothing else. It does not touch the refund policy below: that one is ours, it's better than the law requires, and it stands regardless.
Refunds
14 days, no questions asked. Reply to your Stripe receipt email and the payment will be refunded in full. This is a goodwill policy on top of, not instead of, your statutory consumer rights, and it goes further than the legal minimum for digital goods described above.
Delivery problems
Your receipt page re-issues a fresh download link every time you revisit it, and it is linked from your Stripe receipt. If anything fails, reply to the receipt email and a human will sort it.
Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your own sales when you use the kit. For your purchase of the kit, applicable taxes, where charged, are shown at checkout.
No warranty, honest version
The kit is provided as is. It is tested, it runs this very store, and its test harness lets you verify it yourself before going live, but you deploy it on your own accounts at your own risk.
